No. Veronica offers non-medical companion, personal-care, and transportation services as an independent caregiver. For skilled medical care, families should work with a licensed home-health agency in parallel.
Often same-day or next-day, depending on schedule. Call directly to check availability; the consultation form is also monitored throughout the day.
Yes, for extended engagements. Overnight or live-in arrangements include room and board provided by the family and are quoted per engagement.
The client's personal vehicle. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid insurance coverage on that vehicle. Time begins when the visit starts and ends when the client is safely home.
Day-to-day visits cover Lee County and the Austin area (Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, Burnet, and Blanco Counties). Extended engagements are available anywhere in Texas with room and board provided.
Hourly billing on a weekly basis. Payment by cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Venmo. No long-term contracts, no minimums on standard visits.
